Terms and Conditions Policy

To satisfy you, our goal is to provide the Terms and Conditions Policy:

• Working hours start from 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm
• The appointment is booked through the website and to confirm the appointment, please review the WhatsApp of Lavment Home Spa
• We provide spa services for women and couples only
• If you wish to modify the reservation or cancel the service, you must notify customer service 12 hours in advance
• If the appointment is cancelled or modified less than 12 hours before the appointment, Afment has the right to cancel the appointment and not refund the amount.
• If the specialists arrive, the client will be contacted. If there is no response or no mobile coverage for 15 minutes, Afment has the right to cancel the service and not refund the amount.
• In case the client is late to start the session, the time will be counted as part of the actual session time
• The teachings of the Islamic religion must be adhered to and any physical or verbal abuse by the client to the specialists
• will be dealt with strictly and immediately with the official authorities in accordance with the Anti-Harassment Crime System issued by Royal Decree No. (69/M) dated 1439/9/16 AH
• Afminite Home Spa does not bear any responsibility for the loss of the client’s personal belongings during the presence of
• the specialists, so the client must keep personal belongings in the place designated for them during the provision of the service.
• Afminite has the right to advance the appointment or delay it by an hour in the event of an emergency with the client’s notification.
• Afminite has the right, for any reason according to its own assessment, if the client initiates an inappropriate statement or action, to refuse to provide the service or cancel it while providing the service to any client without giving any reasons, and the client is not entitled to refund the amount or obtain a justification for that.
